Day 2: Please explain your current fitness level.

Well given that Im feeling alot more fit than I was 2 months ago, Im alot more cut, I still have some of the harder weight but its small amounts of those so its not like Im overweight, but Im not like flat abs either. I run 6 days a week (bout to go run after this), Lift 3 days a week and one core ab/plyo day. Ive been working hard these two months to get my results. Work hard play hard. :)

Day 1: Why do you want to be fit?

I wanna be fit so that I can look good :) I only have probably 10 more years on me to look my best so why not start now? Not to mention it keeps my heart condition in check and healthy.

So theres this 30 day Fit challenge, Im gonna go thru it as much as I can considering some people have been talking bout my weight loss :P Speaking of which 5 days lost 8 pounds. Not too shabby.
