Day 2: Please explain your current fitness level.
Well given that Im feeling alot more fit than I was 2 months ago, Im alot more cut, I still have some of the harder weight but its small amounts of those so its not like Im overweight, but Im not like flat abs either. I run 6 days a week (bout to go run after this), Lift 3 days a week and one core ab/plyo day. Ive been working hard these two months to get my results. Work hard play hard. :)
